Planning for Recovery

A high level continuity strategy is typically broken down into a series of detailed Business Continuity Plans (BCP). The purpose of these is to provide the instructions for incident response and recovery of time-critical functions following a disruption. These include Incident management plans, scenario-specific or all-hazard plans, functional BCPs and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.

Our plans are clear, concise, accessible and easy to use. They are appropriate for the nature and size of the organisation. They incorporate effective visual aids including flowcharts, colour-coding and checklists.
